I needed to replace the electric box for a PEPCO smart meter that had overheated.  PEPCO is an aggravating, incompetent organization owned by EXELON and not well run at all.  I had estimates from double to six times what Andrew charged and was ignored by several master electricians when  I asked for estimates.  Andrew immediately arranged for all permits, including for Rockville, coordinated with PEPCO, and met them at my house to finish the job.  All quickly and efficiently.  The Rockville inspector arrived the next day and approved the installation. Andrew will be my go to guy for electrical work from now on.

Based on reviews we read here, we contacted Barbio Electrical Solutions LLC to schedule an appointment for electrical issues. Andrew was helpful in scheduling a visit to our house to check out our electrical voltage output and to replace an electrical outlet. He was communicative and friendly. He adapted to our schedule needs and kept in touch when an appointment before ours caused him to run a bit late to our house. He was helpful upon entering our condo and investigated the issues with a smile. He showed us what he based his decisions and recommendations on; he explained complex issues. He listened thoughtfully to our follow up questions and explained his responses to us in writing and gave us do it yourself at home  tips for other issues that did not require an expert electrician. That was meaningful, because he could have offered to bill us for services but he trusted we might want to try a few follow up tasks on our own, to save a few dollars. While he worked and he did excellent work,  we noted his humor and sense of community in the way we interacted. I highly recommend Barbio Electrical Solutions LLC. We had a wonderful experience and will contact them for future needs.

From the moment I called (and, yea I called various places) to obtain a quote regarding a level 2 charger home installation for my Electrical Vehicle, Andrew simply went ahead and provided education, information regarding the various rebates, and the differences in all the options I had to choose from. AJS Services had the quickest turnaround time I've ever experienced with a tradesman/company. Andrew visited my home on Sunday to inspect my issues. He typed the quote while he was onsite (took pre-work pictures) and delivered the quote to me Sunday evening. The next day, he arrived at my home at 9am and stayed until 4p. He checked in with me mid day to give an update on his progress and additional recommendation. He checked in with me at the end of the job to recap all that he did. Finally, he sent post work pictures and a revised invoice. My home is scheduled to be re-inspected by the buyer's inspector soon. Andrew offered to address any questions that inspector may have about the work that he performed. All in all, Andrew provided top notch service and I will be using his services again in the near future.
